This past weekend, I had the opportunity to speak again at the CanFit World Fitness Expo. In my third consecutive year presenting at one of my favorite fitness, health and nutrition oriented expo it was incredible to see familiar faces as well as new additions and innovations in the industry. Food is important to athletes. Well, it is the food that they consume that makes them better. If they keep eating unhealthy food, then their bodies will not be able to hold out a long a career. The life of a professional athlete is heavily banking on the food that you eat. I hope that your trainer is helping you put a great diet for yourself. I think that it is important that athletes take perfect care of their bodies.
